Cylinder

Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders designed for precision control and lifting in industrial applications. Used in presses, cranes, and heavy lifting equipment where high power and control are essential.

Range:
Available in bore sizes from 40mm to 300mm, stroke lengths from 100mm up to 2000mm. Pressure ratings up to 350 bar. Available in double acting and single acting models.

100 Ton Capacity Hook

Precision-machined industrial lifting hook capable of handling up to 100 tons. Engineered for overhead cranes, hoists, and heavy-duty rigging systems in shipyards, foundries, and infrastructure sites.

Range:
Load capacities from 10 tons to 100 tons. Forged carbon steel or alloy construction with safety latch and certified testing reports.

HY-1:First Type Hydraulic

Designed for limited-space environments requiring powerful lifting. Ideal for mobile units, compact machines, and transport vehicles.

Range:
Lifting capacity: 2–10 tons. Stroke: 50–300mm. Pressure rating: 200 bar.

HY-2: Second Type Hydraulic

Multi-stage hydraulic cylinder used for long-stroke lifting applications such as dump trucks and mobile cranes.

Range:
Stroke up to 6000mm. Pressure rating: up to 250 bar. Available in 2 to 5 stages.

HY-3:Third Type Hydraulic

Self-contained hydraulic power units for actuating cylinders and hydraulic motors. Used in presses, automation systems, and hydraulic benches.

Range:
Motor: 1HP to 25HP. Reservoir: 20–300L. Flow rate: 5–60 LPM. Pressure: up to 320 bar.

HY-4: Fourth Type Hydraulic

Compact valve blocks for controlling fluid direction in complex hydraulic systems. Used in automation, agriculture, and mobile equipment.

Range:
Port sizes: ¼" to 1". Max flow: 80 LPM. Pressure up to 315 bar.

HY-5: Fifth Type Hydraulic

Rigid fabricated hydraulic press structures for industrial forming, bending, and pressing tasks. Available in both C-frame and H-frame configurations.

Range:
Capacity: 5 to 100 tons. Table size: up to 1500mm × 1000mm. Adjustable stroke and tonnage.
